Attorney's fees in these transactions are generally based upon the size of the transaction, because often the size mirrors the complexity of a transfer. Also available are title searches, owner and lender title policies, surveys and abstracts, the cost of which are dependent upon the exchange.
Generally, residential closings are priced from as low as $250.00. Commercial closings begin at $400.00 but are extremely dependent on the transaction. Condemnations are handled on an hourly basis, foreclosures begin at $750, contracts are generally hourly (expect at least $250), assumptions generally run from $350, and buyer/seller closing representation is available on an hourly basis.
